1.) FOX 11 Living would come to Your Community for 2 days of segment gathering (Monday-Sunday, depending on work schedules). We would ask that you provide 3 rooms for 3 nights for Amy Hanten (host), producer and camera person.
2.) The FOX 11 Living team would work with you & perhaps someone from the Visitor's Bureau or Downtown Association as their primary points of contact, developing segments with you. The goal is 8-10 segments about "destination" Your County, appealing to our primarily female audience. Idea starters for vignettes we'd be interested in include:
(List is not meant to be definitive nor exhaustive. We are not limited to the list nor could we possibly cover EVERYTHING on it in 10 vignettes.)
- Unique gifts & shopping.
3.) FOX 11 Living will air the 8-10 segments over the course of multiple shows. Maybe FOX 11 Living will air a Your County themed "week" & air segments over the course of 3-4 days. Maybe FOX 11 Living picks a day of the week and airs segments on Tuesdays (say) for 4 weeks. (Plan will depend on the segments & the variety of participants.)
4.) FOX 11 will produce a :10 "Destination Your County" message that will be married to :20's produced specific to each participating business to make a combined :30. FOX 11 will share the cost of all segment + advertising + commercial production of "Destination Your County" equally between all participants, making it an affordable campaign for all, providing lots of reasons for visiting your community and paying dividends over time in increased visits to your community.
