Angela Kelly is a reporter and weekend anchor for FOX 11’s morning news program, Good Day Wisconsin. Her work involves meeting new people throughout northeast Wisconsin every day. As Angela puts it, "One day I could be locked up in a pen of alpacas and the next day I’ll get a scuba diving lesson, all on live television!"
Before coming to FOX 11, Angela worked in Wausau at WSAW-TV. She worked as a producer, reporter and anchor on the evening news. Angela has already won two awards from the Associated Press for producing and reporting. She has a degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Angela is happy to be home again. She is a graduate of Bay Port High School in Howard-Suamico and has family living in the area. “It means so much to be back home with family, and working for the station I grew up watching,” she explains.
Angela loves going to Packer home games with her dad, as well as fishing and boating in northeast Wisconsin. She is an avid reader and has a much-loved cat, named Missy.
