Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 package (20 ounces) cheese tortellini, prepared according to directions
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1 jar (28 ounces) marinara sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine or water
3 cups shredded mozzarrella
Fresh chopped basil (optional)
Directions:
In a large skillet heat oil. Cook garlic in oil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in marinara sauce, italian seasoning, wine or water and tortellini and heat a few minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook on low for another few minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with fresh chopped basil on top.
