Citrus-Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pork tenderloins

Directions:

In a shallow glass baking dish whisk together first 7 ingredients.  Add pork tenderloins, turn to coat all sides.  Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 8 hours.  Heat grill or grill pan.  Remove pork from marinade.  Place pork on grill over med heat.

Grill 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 145, turning once.  Remove pork from grill and cover loosely with foil.  Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.  You can also roast in a preheated 425 degree oven.
