This FREE website allows you to track your daily fitness and food intake to help you lose weight.

Tracking what you eat is easy, it has a huge library of food.  Just type in what you eat, such as Fiber One Bar and it will automatically fill in the fiber/calories/and protein count.  I love that I don't have to search through wrappers and containers to find that information.

It also lets you set a goal weight and then it recommends the amount of calories you should eat per day to reach your goal.

It also has iPhone , Android , and Blackberry apps too!
