ASHWAUBENON - The Ashwaubenon School District has amped-up its gym classes, thanks to a federally-funded grant.

It was awarded a $900,000 Carol M. White Physical Education Program -- or PEP -- grant in October 2010.  It was one of 76 districts across the nation to receive the award in 2010.

The district has been receiving the money in increments, and so far has purchased all sorts of equipment for the high, middle and elementary schools.

FOX 11's Angela Kelly spent time at all three of the schools for Wednesday's Good Day Wisconsin, to see how students are enjoying new equipment like bikes, battle ropes, TRX Suspension Systems and more.
