Boat races in Oshkosh

OSHKOSH - On Labor Day Weekend, the Badger State Outboard Association will host hydroplane boat races in Oshkosh.

The races kick off Saturday Sept., 4 and go through Sunday Sept., 5 at Miller's Bay in Menominee Park.

The races start at 11:00 am and will last until 6:00 pm.

There is no cost for the event.

According to the BSOA a typical race schedule will include stock, modified, J class, pro and antique classes.  This encompasses a wide range of speeds and participant ages.
