Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 bag (20 ounces) frozen French style green beans, thawed
1 can (6 ounces) fried onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a skillet, melt butter. Season chicken well with seasoning salt. Brown chicken for a few minutes on both sides in the butter. You don't need to cook chicken all the way through. Place green beans in the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place chicken on top of beans. Whisk together soup, sour cream, milk, black pepper and wine. Spoon and spread soup on top of the chicken and beans. Cover with foil, and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with onions and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
