Ingredients:
2 packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (15 ounces) no bean chili
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped scallions (optional)
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (green and yellow if you want)
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Spread cream cheese in a 9x13" pan. Spread chili on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15 to 25 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle scallions and peppers on top if you want. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
