Ring in 2013 with a workout during the Color My New Year Run in Oshkosh.
It starts at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1 at the Oshkosh YMCA at 3303 W. 20th Ave.
Participants wear white shirts and as they wind through the 5K run/walk route, volunteers douse them with colored powder.
Gloria West of Midwest Sports Events -- the organization hosting the event -- joined us for Sunday's Good Day Wisconsin to show us how it works. Click on the video link to your left to watch her demonstration and interview.
"Color Runs" are said to be one of the fastest growing 5Ks on the planet, with events being held all across the world during different times of the year.
