Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 cup yellow onion
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 (2 pound) box velvetta cheese, cut in smalls
1 (16 ounce) jars of favorite salsa
3 to 4 onions green onions, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Brown beef and onion together. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer from a few minutes until liquid is absorbed. Place beef mixture in slow cooker with cheese and salsa. Heat on low until melted together. Stir every once in awhile. When cheese is all melted, top with green onions before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
