Need a little help keeping your New Year's resolution?  Use your smart phone to stay on track!  Personal trainer Mel Tuomi from the Green Bay YMCA talks about apps that help you track your calories, exercise and weight loss.

Mel is Rachel's personal trainer at the Y.  She follows Rachel's daily food intake and exercise by joining her on the app "My Fitness Pal."
