APPLETON - The baseball diamond at St. Pius X Catholic Church and School has been renovated, and will be officially dedicated Saturday.

Organizers say the baseball diamond has been around since 1958, and desperately needed updating.  Some local businesses and hundreds of local families donated money and resources and volunteered time and effort to renovate the diamond, which will now be called Falcon Field.

The official dedication of Falcon Field will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

FOX 11's Alison Struve met some of the young ball players who'll be running the bases at Falcon Field.
