It's holiday time in Downtown Appleton

APPLETON - Appleton Downtown Inc. is hosting a Holiday Open House on Friday, November 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  It will continue Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Stores will have specials and offers to help the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Cities.

There will also be activities for children while the parents shop Friday evening.  Appleton Downtown Inc. says this is a unique opportunity for adults to enjoy a night of shopping on their own while the kids take a class at The Bead Garden, The Fire or spend time at the Downtown Appleton YMCA.

Activity fees for each participating kids venue range from $8 to $15 per child. Pre-registration is required by all venues.
