Kids' lemonade stand is 'Best Choice'

OSHKOSH - Team Lemonade is also known as the Mraz Family: parents Kevin and Shannon; Wyatt, 10; Karson, 9; and twins Harmony and Haylea, 7.

The kids opened the Best Choice Lemonade Stand in the Oshkosh parking lot of Choice Bank last week, and are looking forward to lots of success throughout the summer!

The kids were able to set up their business through the help of Choice Bank.  The kids have decided to give their proceeds to Habitat for Humanity.

Best Choice Lemonade will be open Thursdays and Fridays this summer, 3:30 - 5:00p.m.  Team Lemonade is still hiring!

And here's a recipe for old-fashioned lemonade:

6 lemons, 1 cup sugar, 6 cups cold water

Juice the lemons to make 1 cup of juice.  To make it easier, firmly roll the lemons between your hand and counter top before cutting in half and juicing.  In a gallon pitcher, combine 1 cup lemon juice, sugar and water.  Stir.  Adjust water to taste.  Chill and serve over ice.
