    SEYMOUR - The 21st Annual Burger Fest is themed "Burger Fiesta" and will have activities for the whole family.

    Friday begins with a hot air balloon rally and glow at Rockledge Elementary School.

    The Burger Fest activities continue Saturday on Depot St. in Downtown Seymour.
