TWO RIVERS - Kites Over Lake Michigan is an annual kite festival at Neshotah Beach in Two Rivers.  The event started Saturday and continues Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Kids will be able to make kites starting at 9:00 Sunday morning.

There will be many activities and performances for the whole family.

Organizers have issued this traffic alert: Please do not take Hwy. 310 into Two Rivers as it is under road construction. Use an alternate route like Hwy. 42 (Waldo Blvd.) if you are coming from I-43 South and Hwy. 147 if you are coming from I-43 North. Folks from the Fox Cities may want to take Hwy. 41 to I-43 South (through Green Bay) to Hwy. 147.
