Good Day Wisconsin's favorite egg bake recipe

9 eggs beaten
3 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard or 1 1/2 T prepared mustard
12 slices bread (dry a little and cube)
1 1/2 lbs pork sausage or 1 lb crisp bacon (already cooked)
1 1/2 sharp cheddar cheese grated

Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard.

Fold in bread, sausage and cheese.

Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Refrigerate overnight or several hours.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

Mushrooms or other veggies may be added.
