Wheat Grass
Sweeteners:
Honey
Stevia drops or powder
Maple Syrup

Recipes:
Blueberry Chia:
2.5 c milk (any kind)
1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop of whey powder
1/4 c soaked chia seeds
1/2 frozen banana
Berry Chocolate:
2 c. milk (any kind)
scoop or cocoa powder or chocolate whey protein powder
1 c frozen berries
couple drops of stevia (or other sweetener)
Skinny Green:
This is a basic green smoothie that you add to to fit your needs
Frozen banana
2 c of green (spinach and kale work well)
1/2 c milk (any kind)
1/2 c yogurt (Greek for added protein)
shot of wheatgrass
Ice
Citrus Surprise:
2 c orange juice
1 c frozen mango
1 c frozen pineapple
splash of coconut water
spoonful or coconut oil
