This week's "Cooking With You" guest is Deanna Borth of Howard!  She showed us how to make two of her game-day favorites: jalapeno popper dip and stuffed mushrooms.

Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients:

2 8 oz bricks of room-temperature cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
4 oz can of diced green chiles
4 oz chopped jalapenos
1 cup parmesan cheese

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl until well blended. Stir in chiles and jalapenos. Pour into oven-safe dish, top with parmesan cheese and bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, rye crisps or garlic chips.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1 pound of white mushrooms
2 Tablespoons of butter
8 oz of crab meat (chopped)
1/2 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
8 oz provolone cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them. Saute in kettle over medium heat until softened. (Approximately 2 minutes). Add garlic, crab meat, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper just until warmed through. Stuff mixture into mushrooms, top with provolone cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is lightly golden brown.
