Woman injured on Lineville overpass

Officials say a 45-year-old woman is in critical condition after jumping or falling from the Lineville Road overpass in Brown County.

It happened around 8 Thursday morning on Highway 41 in Howard.

Authorities say the woman was bleeding from the head after the incident. She was taken to a local hospital.

The 41 southbound ramp was blocked off for about 15 minutes while crews responded to the scene, but it has since been re-opened.

Officials say the incident is still under investigation.
