APPLETON - A local artist is making beautiful ornaments and more right here in Wisconsin!
FOX 11's Emily Deem made her way to Appleton to feature the "Ornament Lady"!
Sandy Stark-Hale has been creating beautiful ornaments for years.
She works out of her home and sells her ornaments to a couple of local businesses.
