    A new government report about when women should start getting mammograms is sparking a debate in the medical community. 

    This advice goes against what the American Cancer Society has been recommending for decades.

    Doctor William Owens is a breast surgeon at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and he joined Good Day Wisconsin with his thoughts.
