Milwaukee couple celebrates 80th anniversary

BROOKFIELD - One Milwaukee-area couple is celebrating 80 years together!

Dorothy and Roy Flemming took a trip back down the aisle to celebrate their major milestone.

The couple was married in 1932 in a Milwaukee church.

Now two kids, numerous grandkids, and 80 years later --- Roy and Dorothy live in an assisted living center in Brookfield.

Dorothy says they knew each other well even before they decided to get hitched.

 "We knew each other for a couple of years before that. He was getting smart so I thought we better get married," she said.

Meanwhile, Roy says the secret to their long marriage is doing anything his wife says.
