GREEN BAY - The 18th Annual Community Celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday will be held Saturday, Jan. 19 at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
This year's theme is, "Advancing the Dream Together: What is My Role?"
The free event celebrates different cultures, features the inspiring words of Dr. King and numerous dance performances.
Area students will also be awarded for their entries in a poster/essay/poem contest.
FOX 11's Angela Kelly will emcee Saturday's event. On Wednesday's Good Day Wisconsin, she gave us a sneak peek at some of the performances that the public will see on Saturday. Click on the video links to your left to watch the segments.
Click here for more information about the event , which will be held in the Student Center Cafeteria at Green Bay's NWTC campus. The event is 10:30 a.m. - Noon.
