SUAMICO - If you are tired of being cooped up by this chilly weather, why not check out the new red wolf at the NEW Zoo.

Tamaska has been unveiled to the public after being quarantined for a month.

He comes from the Great Plains Zoo in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Earlier this week, the six-year-old male red wolf was introduced to his potential mate Laurel.

Zoo officials hope the pair will have a litter of pups this spring.

If you would like to check out Tamaska, the NEW Zoo in Suamico is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
