Festival Foods

Ingredients:

1 extra large egg
1 ¼ pounds ground turkey
1 box (6 ounces) turkey or chicken flavored stuffing mix, prepared according to directions

Directions:

Cool prepared stuffing in the fridge for about an hour. Preheat oven to 350°. Beat the egg in a large bowl. Mix in the ground turkey and stuffing mix. Place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
