Ingredients:
1 cup tortilla chips, slightly crushed
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded slightly
1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°. Place butter in one shallow dish or pie plate and the chips in another. Dip chicken in butter. Season each piece with cumin and chili powder. Then roll in crushed chips. Arrange chicken in a foil lined baking sheet that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden. Serve with lime wedges.
