Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (or more if you like it spicy)

2 tablespoons white wine

3 tablespoons chopped scallions, divided

1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp

1 cup shredded parmesan

1/4 cup diced red pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Combine first 9 ingredients in food processor or mix in a bowl and hand mix until blended and smooth.  Add shrimp and 2 tablespoons onions and pulse your food processor twice or mix with hand mixer just for a minute.  Transfer spread into a greased pie plate or a shallow 2 cup baking dish.  Top with parmesan.  Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly brown.  Top with remaining 1 tablespoon scallions, red pepper before serving.  Serve dip warm out of the oven with toasted sliced french bread or crackers.
