Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (or more if you like it spicy)
2 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons chopped scallions, divided
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
1 cup shredded parmesan
1/4 cup diced red pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 9 ingredients in food processor or mix in a bowl and hand mix until blended and smooth. Add shrimp and 2 tablespoons onions and pulse your food processor twice or mix with hand mixer just for a minute. Transfer spread into a greased pie plate or a shallow 2 cup baking dish. Top with parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly brown. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon scallions, red pepper before serving. Serve dip warm out of the oven with toasted sliced french bread or crackers.
