Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake

Ingredients:

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (salt and pepper)

1/2 pound shaved deli ham

12 slices swiss cheese

2 cans (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup

2 cups milk

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

1 stick butter, melted

1 (6 ounce) boxes seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.  Place chicken on the bottom.  Season with salt and pepper.  Then layer with ham and cheese.  Mix cream of chicken soup with milk, wine and sour cream and pour over chicken.  Sprinkle stuffing mix on top of chicken.  Drizzle butter over the top.  Cover with foil and baked for about 1 1/2 hours or until juices run clear.  Remove foil and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
