Hot Beef Sandwiches in the Slow Cooker
1 large (3 to 5 pound) chuck roast
2 (10 1/2 ounces) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 cups beef stock
Directions:
Put beef roast in a slow cooker. Mix the two cans of soup with broth, water, and onion soup mix. Pour over the beef. slow cooker on low for 8 to 10 hours. Use forks to shred the beef. If too thick, add more beef broth or a little water. Serve warm on hard rolls.
