2 pounds ground beef

2 teaspoons garlic salt

2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained

2 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups diced onion

1 green pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 envelope your favorite chili seasoning mix

Shredded cheddar cheese

Sour cream

Directions:

In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, season with garlic salt.  Drain any grease.  Transfer to a crock pot.  Add the next 7 ingredients.  Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 hours.  If too thick, add a little water.  Serve in bowls with cheese, sour cream, if desired.
