Pistachio Pudding Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts,or peans

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 container (16 ounce) cool whip (divided)

2 packages insant pistachio pudding

3 cups milk

Chopped nuts (for topping)

Directions:

Mix flour, sugar, butter and nuts as pie crust and press into bottom of a 9x13" baking pan.  Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350.  Let cool.  Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixing bowl until creamy.  Fold in 1/2 carton of cool whip.  Spread mixture over cooled crust.  Mix puddings and milk in bowl and pour over cream cheese layer.  Top with rest of cool whip and nuts.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.  Top with extra nuts if desired. 

*Note- you can substitute instant chocolate, banano or coconut cream pudding in place of pistachio.
