Pizza Burgers

Festival Foods

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
4 pieces frozen garlic toast
1/4 to 1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza topping like diced green peppers, sliced mushrooms and black olives, pepperoni

Directions:

Bake garlic toast according to package directions. Make 4 burger patties out of ground beef. Season burgers with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Fry or grill burgers. Just before they are cooked through, top patties with a couple tablespoons pizzas sauce.
