Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium size onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 packet (1 ounce) dry Ranch dressing mix
1 packet (1.25 ounces) chili seasoning mix
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cans (15 ounces) chili beans
Splash of beer (optional)
Directions:
In a large pan brown the beef with the onions and peppers. Cook until beef is crumbly and no longer pink. Drain any grease. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer about 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve in bowls with your favorite chili fixin’s.
