Strawberry Cream Cheese Glazed Pie
6 cups Strawberries
1 cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
½ cup Water
1/8 Teaspoon Red Food Coloring
1 - 3 oz package Cream Cheese
1 Baked 9” Pie Shell
Mash enough Strawberries to make 1 cup and set remaining berries
aside
In saucepan, combine Sugar, Cornstarch, Water, Red Food
Coloring, and Mashed Berries
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture
thickens and boils. Cook for one minute Cool slightly
Beat softened Cream Cheese until smooth, spread into baked
pie shell. Fill shell with remaining berries
Pour cooked Strawberry mixture on top.
Refrigerate for 3 hours
