Easiest Ever Chicken Soup in Crock Pot

Ingredients:

3 to 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks

1 large onion, chopped

3 to 4 stalks celery, cut into chunks

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast

8 to 9 cups chicken broth

2 cups water

1 tablespoon dried parsley

Egg noodles or rice

Directions:

Put carrots, onions, and celery into crock pot.  Add chicken.  Pour in broth and water.  Sprinkle parsley on top.  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.  Gently break up chicken with a fork.  Add or serve over rice or noodles.
