Ingredients:
12 to 16 slices bread
1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced deli ham
6 to 8 slices swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Grease 9x13" pan. Place 6 to 8 slices of bread on bottom. Top each with slice with some ham and a piece of cheese. Top with remaining bread. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard together. Pour over sandwiches.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
