Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
1/4 to 1/2 cup Guinness beer (or any beer)
Dash hot sauce
Diced red pepper
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl or food processor, combine first 7 ingredients. Garnish with parsley and red pepper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers, rye bread or veggies.
