Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup honey
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 whole chicken, cut up
Toasted sesame seeds
Chopped scallions
Directions:
Whisk first six ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Let marinade in the refrigerator for at least an hour, up to 8 hours. Line a 9x13" pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. Bake at 425 for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with scallions and sesame seeds on top.
