Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls or pizza dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 puond ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning, divided
1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 1/2 cups diced and seeded tomato
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 to 3 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
Directions:
Unroll dough and place in an ungreased 15x10x1" pan. Flatten dough to fit the pan. Bake at 375 for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown, cool. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream with half of the package of taco seasoning mix. Chill.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef, drain. Stir in the other half package of taco seasoning. Add water according to package directions and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. Let cool. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with taco meat. Top with lettuce, olives, tomato, and cheese. Cut and serve right away.
