Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.  Lightly grease a 7x11" baking dish.  In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.  Mix in artichoke hearts, spinach and both cheeses.  Season with garlic and lemon juice.  Spread evenly into baking dish.  Bake uncovered for 15 to 25 minutes until slightly brown and bubbly.  Serve warm.  Great with sliced fresh bread for dipping.
