Pop-punk band Simple Plan is celebrating the release of its new album "Get Your Heart On!"

The first single from the album is "Summer Paradise".

The Montreal-based group turned to social media to pen one of the album's songs.

The band members asked Twitter followers how the group's music has made them feel through the years.

The song "This Song Saved My Life" is comprised based on fans' tweets.

Simple Plan has sold nearly four million albums in the U.S. and  Canada and more than 7.5 million albums worldwide.
