Ingredients:
1 spoon roast cut into 2 inch cubes
Assorted veggies (Diced peppers, onion, mushrooms)
1 1/2 cups Italian salad dressing, plus extra for basting Skewers
Directions:
Thread beef cubes and veggies onto skewers.
Place in a glass dish.
Pour dressing over the top.
Cover and let marinate in the fridge for up to 8 hours.
Grill kabobs, brushing with extra dressing.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 4 hours.
