OSHKOSH - A local twirling team is preparing to defend their World Title Gold Medal at the National Baton Twirling Association’s World Championship in Neuchatel, Switzerland. FOX 11's Emily Deem spent Monday morning with some of the members preparing for the competition.
Touch of Silver Twirling Corps is a 501C3 organization comprised of more than 60 young athletes ranging in age from 8 to 22 years old from Oshkosh and the surrounding areas.
The 2012 USA Team is made up of more than 30 girls from the Oshkosh and surrounding area.
The USA Team will head to Switzerland in April.
