Troyettes show off their winning moves

GREEN BAY - The Green Bay Southwest Troyettes are state champs!  FOX 11's Emily spent the morning with the dance team to check out their winning moves.

The Troyettes won first place in Division 2 Pom to defend their state dance title.  They also tied for second in Division 1 High Kick.

Tuesday morning the team came together to perform both of their winning dances.

The Green Bay Southwest Troyettes aren't the only state champions in Northeast Wisconsin.

Green Bay Notre Dame Tritons are state champs in Division 3 Pom and Division 2 Jazz. Little Chute took the Division 4 Pom title and West De Pere is state champs in Division 2 Kick.

The State Champion Troyettes are hosting a Pom Clinic in two weeks for girls ages K-8.

Date: Friday, February 17 ^th

Time: 5:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Cost $17 in advance, $20 at door

After learning pom routines – all girls are invited to perform that night at the Southwest Boys Varsity Basketball Game Halftime.
