Walker grants child's wish

MILWAUKEE - Gov. Scott Walker met 12-year-old Blake Parker at Children's Hospital.

Walker played guitar and sang a few songs with Parker during his visit.

Parker was born with a congenial heart disease. He has had three surgeries already and is now waiting for a heart transplant.
