Our Football Challenge is back for another year of fun and prizes!

Here's how you play the game:

First, create an account. If you played last year, your information should already be saved.

Then, pick the team you think will win each game.

At the bottom, pick the score for the Sunday night game. Your guess there will act as a tie-breaker.

Below that is our Survivor game. Pick the one team you're sure will win. If that team wins, you'll stay alive for next week. The person who stays alive the longest is the winner. But keep in mind - you can only pick a team once during the season.

That's how you play; now here's what you can win.

The local winner each week wins an NFL on FOX hat. At the end of the season, the local winner gets a 51-inch TV. And the Survivor game winner wins an X-Box. The local winner must live in Wisconsin or Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

There are also national prizes available for weekly and season winners. The weekly winner gets an NFL Fathead poster, the grand prize winner gets a trip for two to Hawaii and the Survivor game winner gets a $500 Amazon gift certificate.
