Big Night Out for October 2012

We've got an exciting dinner party planned, and you are invited. Each month we'll head to a different area restaurant where we'll enjoy a number of courses, drinks and dessert. In October, we're heading to The Club Restaurant in Manitowoc.

Time: Cash bar at 5:30 pm; Dinner at 6:30 pm

Appetizer: Tenderloin Crustini

Wine and Garlic infused toast points with Borsin Cheese,Grilled Tenderloin, Balsamic Glaze and Parmesan Cheese

Soup:Cajun Crab & Shrimp

A cream based soup with a hint of Cajun Spice, Flaked Crab Meat, Shrimp and Sweet Golden Corn

First Entree: Pan Seared Duck Breast

Accompanied by Cubed, Candied Sweet Potatoes and an Orange-Ginger Gastric

Second Entree: Honey Crusted Pacific Grouper

Accompanied by Cranberry-Almond Risotto and Honey Butter

Dessert:

Prepared by Beerntsen's Confectionery. Dark Chocolate Cups Filled with Dark Chocolate Ganache and topped with Beerntsen's own Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
