Ingredients:
Dried pineapple
Dried banana slices
Dried papaya (has to be chopped, comes in long slices)
Dried mango
Dried blueberries
Craisins
Large coconut shavings
Dark chocolate bits
Pistachios
Almonds
Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds
Directions:
Add as much or as little as you want of each ingredient. Also, try your won favorites, dried apples, raisins, with or without coconut, etc. If you want to fill out your trail mix a llittle, try adding kashi shredded wheat.
